The number of requests for jobs to be printed on recycled / environmentally friendly stock is increasing on a daily basis.

There is much confusion as to what constitutes ‘recycled stock’. Recycled paper is not about saving trees – all the paper we use is from mananged forests. It’s about saving landfill and the amount of CO2 that is produced in the production of paper.

County have gone one step further to give our clients complete peace of mind.

County Print is now an officical FSC (Forest
Stewardship Council) printer. Our customers are now able to use the FSC logo on their work that is printed from certified stock (from well managed forests etc.) by a certified printer.

The FSC is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world’s forests. It was founded in 1993 in response to public concern about deforestation and demand for a trustworthy wood-labelling scheme. It is supported by environmental groups such as Greenpeace, WWF, Friends of the Earth and the Woodland Trust.
